Wig Related Policy

  • Hair MUST be provided and delivered to Camara Beauty 3-5 days prior to the appointment DURING operating hours.

  • Please DO NOT leave your hair in the mailbox as we are NOT liable for ANY losses

  • Previously worn/customized units are UNACCEPTABLE.

  • $20 NON-REFUNDABLE is required upon booking.

  • No shows and appointment rescheduling within 48hr notice will forfeit your deposit.

  • When booking a Reinstall your lace and hair must be clean and dry upon drop off. Failure to meet reinstall standard may be subject to maintenance fees or appointment cancellation with loss of deposit.

  • Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes without a minimum of 30-minute notice will result in fees or cancellation of the appointment

  • Please make sure to TRY ON your wig BEFORE the appointment and ensure it is the right fit from ear to ear. Unfit cap sizes may result in an incomplete installation process or cancellation of the service with the charge of a wig customization.
